Fixed a interaction bug between check-funcs and check-fence. Other fixes and documentation addtions.

New Functionality

Installation Changes

• Added a section to the configure script to test for the existance of destructors. These are currently not used by dmalloc but should if atext or on_exit are not supported.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed a problem where check-fence and check-funcs could not coexist. Big one. Thanks much John.
• Fixed a logfile NULL pointer in a printf message. Thanks John.
• Fixed Makefile.in to properly refer to the documents directory. Thanks Mike.
