Quick patch release to release a new configure script to fix the
stupid configure requirement of a valid CXX compiler. I had to hack
my autoconf m4 files for this.
- Even though I did not require it, any test for the C++
compiler by configure makes it a requirement. I hacked my autoconf m4
files to fix this but if you rebuild the configure script with
autoconf, it will revert.
